The Process Flow:
Flour, eggs, sugar and seasoning mix -biscuit molding (roller, roller cutter) -salt, sugar –oven-
Injection machine -turning transportation-cooling- biscuit finishing- packaging platform-packaging
This equipment can produce interlinear notes also cream, jam and a variety of flavors of high-quality biscuits. (need to match the cream sandwich machine)
Main materials: 1.flour, 2.sugar 3.eggs 4pine 5milk powder 6essence 7carbon ammonia 8soda, etc
This production line can produce different shape of soft, hard biscuit and sandwiching biscuit.
This production line comes with two molds for free, other extra mold cost about 165USD/set. One mold can make one shape of biscuit.
